{"id":24718,"date":"2023-07-28T12:20:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-28T04:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24718"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:26:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:26:59","slug":"baramundi-fish-noodles-katz__kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/baramundi-fish-noodles-katz__kitchen","title":{"rendered":"Baramundi Fish Noodles"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Fish Marinade Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g of Barramundi fillets, cut into chunks<br \/>\n1 tbsp of sweet soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp of hot chilli powder<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<br \/>\njuice of 1\/2 a lime<\/p>\n<h2>Other Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>5 tbsp of olive oil<br \/>\n1 head of broccoli, cut into florets<br \/>\n2 medium sized red capsicums, sliced<br \/>\n2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce<br \/>\njuice of 1\/2 a lime<br \/>\n800g of cooked udon noodles<br \/>\n1 tbsp of chilli flakes<br \/>\ncoriander, to garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Marinate the fish with the marinade ingredients and set aside for at least 30 minutes<br \/>\n2. Heat the oil and add the marinated fish and fry it for a couple of minutes before setting aside<br \/>\n3. In the same pan, add the veggies, sweet soy sauce, lime juice, salt and chilli flakes and mix<br \/>\n4. Add the cooked noodles and mix well on high heat<br \/>\n5. Serve the noodles with the fried fish on top<br \/>\n6. Garnish with coriander<br \/>\n7.
