Lightly grease a square baking dish (20cm) with non-stick cooking spray.<br \/>\n2. In a large bowl, whisk the chilled cream with an electric hand mixer for 4-5 minutes until stiff peaks form. *Chef\u2019s Tip: Ice cold cream whips best!<br \/>\n3. Mix 1 tablespoon of NESTLE\u0301 Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk with 1\u20442 tablespoon of NESCAFE\u0301 Classic Original until combined.<br \/>\n4. Add the coffee condensed milk mixture, along with the remaining NESTLE\u0301 Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk to the whipped cream. Gently fold to combine. Refrigerate until needed. *Chef\u2019s Tip: Don\u2019t over mix. Otherwise, the mixture will become too runny!<br \/>\n5. In a medium bowl, dissolve the remaining NESCAFE\u0301 Classic Original in 1\u20442 cup of boiling water. Cool for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Dip the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee mixture, one at a time for 2-3 seconds, ensuring the biscuits are coated evenly. Line the base of the baking dish with the soaked biscuits. *Chef\u2019s Tip: Don\u2019t over-soak the biscuits to avoid sogginess and breaking!<br \/>\n7. Spread half of the whipped mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth out with a spoon. Repeat this layering once more.<br \/>\n8. Using a small sieve, dust the cocoa powder over the tiramisu.<br \/>\n9. Refrigerate the tiramisu for 5 hours until it is firmly set. I set mine overnight.<br \/>\n10. Cut the tiramisu into 2cm x 4cm portions and garnish with a mint leaf.<br \/>\n( I love massive slices, so you can cut these into whatever size you prefer.
