{"id":24708,"date":"2023-07-28T08:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-28T00:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24708"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:02","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:02","slug":"sha3aybiyat-korkyskitchenofficial_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sha3aybiyat-korkyskitchenofficial_","title":{"rendered":"Sha3aybiyat"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 bunches of silverbeet (silek) washed and chopped finely with the stem in middle removed , only use green part. *You think it\u2019s a lot but it\u2019s not as this will WILT.<br \/>\n2 finely chopped red onions<br \/>\n3 tbs sumac<br \/>\n4 tbs pomegranate molasses<br \/>\n1\/2 cup fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n2 tbs salt<br \/>\n3 tbs extra virgin olive oil (I used mine from @roubasfoodjourney ) head over to her page to win some for yourself it\u2019s amazing.<br \/>\n1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds<br \/>\n2 tbs @chilli.bang.sauces (omit if you don\u2019t like Chilli )<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Firstly add 1 tbs salt to the spinach and 1 tbs salt to the onions and mix well &#8211; let them sit an hour , this will help remove excess water in the mixture so the pastry stay closed .<br \/>\nSqueeze them well as per the reel and add to a new bowl then add the rest of the ingredients in (don\u2019t add more salt as you already added it to silek and onion) .<br \/>\nMix well and add to a strainer again so any excess liquid is drained out .<br \/>\nThe less liquid the better the pastry will close and not open when baking .<br \/>\nShape as per the reel or anyway you like and bake at 200 until golden brown colour .
