{"id":24702,"date":"2023-07-27T12:53:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-27T04:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24702"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:02","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:02","slug":"black-pepper-chicken-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/black-pepper-chicken-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Black Pepper Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kilo chicken breast cut into thick slices or bite size cubes<br \/>\n2 tablespoon oil<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\n2 onions cut into cubes<br \/>\n1 green capsicum cut into cubes<br \/>\n1 teaspoon minced garlic<br \/>\n1 teaspoon minced ginger<br \/>\n2 tablespoon cornstarch<\/p>\n<h2>For The Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>1 tsp black pepper freshly ground<br \/>\n8 tbsp light soy sauce<br \/>\n4 tbsp dark soy sauce<br \/>\n2 tbsp rice vinegar<br \/>\n1 tbsp brown sugar<br \/>\n1 tblsp toasted sesame oil<br \/>\n8 tablespoon water\/chicken broth<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Whisk together the crushed black pepper, rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and water.<br \/>\nAdd 2 tablespoons of the sauce on top of the chicken, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and salt. (Don&#8217;t add too much salt as the soy sauce is salty).<br \/>\nSet it aside than cut the onions and capsicum. In a frying pan until add one tablespoon of oil, add chicken in a single layer and cook in batches over medium heat until golden from the bottom.<br \/>\nThen flip the chicken on the other side and cook until the chicken cooked through.<br \/>\nHeat 1 tablespoon oil in the same pan, cook the onions and capsicum for 3-4 minutes than add the ginger and garlic.<br \/>\nSaute for 30 seconds. Add chicken on top, add the sauce.<br \/>\nMix well and let it simmer for at least 4-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.<br \/>\nServe with white rice.
