Fry the prawns until golden brown<br \/>\n2. Finely chop the prawns until minced<br \/>\n3. Whisk the eggs and water together<br \/>\n4. Add the minced prawns, coriander, chillies and salt to the eggs and whisk<br \/>\n5. Add some of the oil from frying the prawns to a pan<br \/>\n6. Pour in the egg mixture and rotate the pan so the eggs coat the pan evenly<br \/>\n7. Cook the eggs on low heat until the eggs are no longer liquid<br \/>\n8. Add the cheese and fold the omelette over<br \/>\n9. Simmer on low heat for a couple minutes until the cheese melts<br \/>\n10.
