{"id":24674,"date":"2023-07-26T14:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T06:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24674"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:08","slug":"apple-rhubarb-crumble-normasfooddiary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/apple-rhubarb-crumble-normasfooddiary","title":{"rendered":"Apple Rhubarb Crumble"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 bunch rhubarb, trimmed, cut into 2cm pieces<br \/>\n3 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 tbsp caster sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp orange zest, finely grated<br \/>\n2 tbsp orange juice<br \/>\n1 cup self-raising flour<br \/>\n2\/3 cup brown sugar<br \/>\n80g butter, chilled, chopped<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup rolled oats<br \/>\n1\u20444 teaspoon cinnamon<br \/>\nVanilla ice cream to serve<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat oven to 180C.<br \/>\nCombine rhubarb, apple, caster sugar, orange zest, and juice in an oven safe dish.<br \/>\nBake, covered, stirring once, for 30-40 minutes or until fruit is just tender.<br \/>\nRemove from oven.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, combine flour, oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a large bowl, stir. Add butter.Using your fingertips, rub butter into flour mixture until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over rhubarb and apple mixture.<br \/>\nBake, UNCOVERED, for 25 to 30 minutes or until crumble is golden brown.
