{"id":24660,"date":"2023-07-26T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24660"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:11","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:11","slug":"chicken-rice-in-clay-pot-engineers_plates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-rice-in-clay-pot-engineers_plates","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Rice In Clay Pot"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups of long grain rice<br \/>\nRight amount of water to cook the rice<br \/>\n2 cm fresh ginger, sliced<br \/>\n1 spring onion, sliced<br \/>\nChilis, sliced (optional)<br \/>\nShiitake mushrooms or any variety of mushrooms<br \/>\nCooking oil<br \/>\n2 pips garlic, minced<br \/>\n3 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp sesame oil<\/p>\n<h2>Chicken Marinade<\/h2>\n<p>1 tsp five spices<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika powder<br \/>\n1 tsp white pepper powder<br \/>\n1 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n2 tsp salt<br \/>\nA pinch of sugar<br \/>\nA bit of water<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Soak the clay pot for about 1 hour.<br \/>\n2. Mushrooms: saute\u0301 the mushrooms in a pan. Add minced garlic. Cook until the mushrooms wilt. Turn off the heat. Add all the sauces. Safe aside.<br \/>\n3. Put the rice at the base of pot, then pour water at the level of rice.<br \/>\n4. Put sliced ginger and spring onion in.<br \/>\n5. Place the marinated chicken on top and the saute\u0301ed mushrooms at the side. Put the lid on.<br \/>\n6. Turn on the oven at temperatures of 230 degrees Celsius.<br \/>\n7. Put the pot inside the oven for 60 minutes to 75 minutes.<br \/>\n8. Turn off the oven. Take the pot out.
