Heat oil in a pan, over the lowest heat<br \/>\n2. Add in all spices ingredients, let the oil infused with the spices over small bubbles (like shown in the video) for 1\/2-1 hr, make sure don\u2019t burn the spices<br \/>\n3. Remove spices and prepare chili flakes in a shallow bowl.<br \/>\n4. Pour oil over the chili flakes, It should be sizzling gently. Mix well and let cool<br \/>\n5.
