Combine chicken with all the marinade ingredients. Mix well and let it marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hrs, ideally overnight<br \/>\n2. Then mix marinated chicken with tapioca flour and water<br \/>\n3. Heat generous amounts of oil, fry chicken and crushed garlic into the hot oil, over med-low heat, 8-10 mins for chicken until golden and chicken is cook through, 5-6 mins for the garlic. Fry chicken in batches don\u2019t overcrowd the pan<br \/>\n4.
