{"id":24623,"date":"2023-07-24T08:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-24T00:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24623"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:19","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:19","slug":"chipotle-prawn-quesadillas-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chipotle-prawn-quesadillas-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Chipotle Prawn Quesadillas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>150g of small prawns, roughly chopped<br \/>\n1 small onion, thinly sliced<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves, grated<br \/>\n1 &#8211; 2 tbsp of chipotle seasoning<br \/>\n1 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of smoked paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp of chipotle chilli flakes<br \/>\nJuice of 1 lemon<br \/>\nSalt and Pepper to taste<br \/>\nHandful of chopped coriander<br \/>\n1 tbsp of oil<\/p>\n<h2>To Serve<\/h2>\n<p>Tortilla Wraps<br \/>\nGrated Cheese<br \/>\nGuacamole<br \/>\nSour Cream<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil and add garlic and onions. Saute till soft. Add in the salt and pepper and continue cooking for a few minutes.<br \/>\n2. Add in the chipotle seasonins, chipotle chilli flakes, smoked paprika and paprika. Add a splash of water if needed. Cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\n3. Add in the chopped prawns and cook till all prawns are cooked through.<br \/>\n4. Add in the coriander and cook for another few minutes or so.<br \/>\n5. To Assemble, layer on cheese, prawn mixture and more cheese on one side of a wrap. Fold in half and lightly pan cook each side till golden and crispy.
