{"id":24612,"date":"2023-07-23T10:53:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-23T02:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24612"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:22","slug":"eggless-chocolate-cake-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/eggless-chocolate-cake-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Eggless Chocolate Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>200g flour<br \/>\n40g Cocoa powder @staffordssa<br \/>\n200g sugar<br \/>\n3 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp cinnamon powder<br \/>\n250ml Warm water ( mixed with 1 tbs instant coffee)<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp vanilla extract @staffordssa<br \/>\n5 tbs oil<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all the dry ingredients.<br \/>\nMix all the wet ingredients.<br \/>\nAdd the wet ingredients to the dry &amp; mix well.<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30 to 35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.<br \/>\nCool completely &amp; decorate as desired.<br \/>\nThis makes a small 6.5-inch diameter cake.<br \/>\nYou can double the measure for a larger one.<br \/>\nCut the cake into half ,and add frosting in the middle.<\/p>\n<h2>For The Frosting<\/h2>\n<p>150g Plain cream cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 cup soft butter<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cups icing sugar<br \/>\n80g Cocoa powder @staffordssa<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp cinnamon powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n2 tablespoons milk. ( Make it hot and add 1 teaspoon coffee powder. Dissolve and allow to cool completely.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Beat the cheese and butter till light and creamy.<br \/>\nAdd the icing sugar, salt, cinnamon &amp; cocoa powder. Beat well.<br \/>\nAdd the extract beat well.<br \/>\nAdd the coffee milk mixture. Mix well.<br \/>\nDecorate as preferred.<br \/>\nIf you have extra leftover.
