{"id":24594,"date":"2023-07-23T05:33:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-22T21:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24594"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:25","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:25","slug":"mango-lemongrass-lamb-curry-katz__kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/mango-lemongrass-lamb-curry-katz__kitchen","title":{"rendered":"Mango Lemongrass Lamb Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Curry Paste Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 medium sized onion<br \/>\n3 lemongrass<br \/>\n2 kaffir lime leaves<br \/>\n2 tbsp of minced ginger<br \/>\n6 dried red chillies, soaked in 1\/2 cup of hot water<\/p>\n<h2>Other Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 tbsp of olive oil<br \/>\n1 large sized onion, sliced<br \/>\n1 tsp of whole coriander seeds<br \/>\n2 star anise<br \/>\n1kg of lamb, cut into curry pieces<br \/>\n2 tsp of mango powder<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<br \/>\n1 cup of water<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Blend the curry paste ingredients until smooth<br \/>\n2. Saute\u0301 the onion slices in the oil<br \/>\n3. Once the onion starts turning brown, add the coriander seeds, star anise and the curry paste<br \/>\n4. Fry the curry paste for a couple of minutes until aromatic<br \/>\n5. Add the meat and cover with spices<br \/>\n6. Fry the meat on high heat for about 5 minutes, until the spices are well incorporated<br \/>\n7. Add the mango powder, salt and water<br \/>\n8. Simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes, or until tender<br \/>\n9. Serve with rice<br \/>\n10.
