{"id":24586,"date":"2023-07-22T17:45:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-22T09:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24586"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:25","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:25","slug":"juicy-roast-chicken-normasfooddiary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/juicy-roast-chicken-normasfooddiary","title":{"rendered":"Juicy Roast Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients For 1 Whole Chicken (Size 14)<\/h2>\n<p>Whole chicken, wash, and Pat dry (I soak in vinegar &amp; water for a few mins, optional)<br \/>\nDash of cinnamon<br \/>\nDash of ground paprika<br \/>\nSalt &amp; pepper<br \/>\nLarge heaped tablespoon TruBlue Garlic Butter, melted<br \/>\nOlive oil to coat and marinate<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons Lemon &amp; pepper spice (see below notes)<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons Herb &amp; Garlic spice (see below notes)<br \/>\nDash of Vegeta Stock Powder<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Place chicken in a large bowl and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon all over and massage with some olive oil, then massage in all the spices and seasoning (the above measurements are all approximates so go by sight and own tastebuds.)<br \/>\nPlace in an oven safe pan, breast side up and add the garlic butter on top of the chicken and drizzle some more oil, place in the fridge minimum 1 hour.<br \/>\nRemove from the fridge and set a side while you preheat the oven to 1900c.<br \/>\nCover with foil and bake for 1 hour.<br \/>\nAfter the 1 hour mark, remove the foil lid and put it back in the oven, baste the top with the juices, and bake a further 25-30 minutes till golden, just to give it some colour and cook throughout.<br \/>\nRemove from the oven and allow to rest 5 minutes and enjoy!<br \/>\nI like to serve with gravox chicken gravy (tin).<\/p>\n<h2>Notes<\/h2>\n<p>Adjust the oven temperatures if needed.
