{"id":24569,"date":"2023-07-21T09:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-21T01:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24569"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:27","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:27","slug":"tandoori-paneer-tikka-cooksbyson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/tandoori-paneer-tikka-cooksbyson","title":{"rendered":"Tandoori Paneer Tikka"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>200g Paneer chopped into cubes<br \/>\nGreen &amp; Red Pepper chopped into cubes<br \/>\nHalf a red onion chopped into cubes<br \/>\n2 tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1 tbsp chilli oil<br \/>\n2 tbsp gram flour<br \/>\n3 tbsp yogurt<br \/>\n3 tbsp garlic &amp; ginger paste<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp jeera powder<br \/>\n1 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n1 tsp chaat masala<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp pink salt<br \/>\n1\/2 green chilli<br \/>\n2 tbsp fresh coriander<br \/>\n2 tbsp double cream<br \/>\n4 tbsp melted butter<br \/>\n1 tsp chaat masala<\/p>\n<h2>Recipe<\/h2>\n<p>1. In a large bowl, mix together the oil, flour, yogurt, paste and powders to make a thick marinade.<br \/>\n2. Mix in the paneer, pepper and onion and set aside in the fridge for a couple of hours.<br \/>\n3. Soak wooden skewers in water, before piercing each cube through the skewer and ensure to coat a stainless steel roti grill in oil before placing the skewers evenly across.<br \/>\n4. On a medium to high flame, turn the skewer on each of its sides to barbecue the cubes.<br \/>\n5. Once the paneer is cooked and charred, transfer into a large plate and drizzle on top the cream, melted butter and chaat masala and mix well.<br \/>\n6.
