{"id":24541,"date":"2023-07-20T10:40:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-20T02:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24541"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:33","slug":"mint-and-cumin-couscous-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/mint-and-cumin-couscous-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Mint And Cumin Couscous"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>300g of couscous<br \/>\n1 tbsp of Mint Jelly (or dried mint)<br \/>\n1 tbsp of tomato puree<br \/>\n2 tsp of cumin<br \/>\n2 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1 veg stock<br \/>\n1 tsp of dried dill<br \/>\n1 tsp of garlic granules<br \/>\n1\/4 yellow pepper, finely diced<br \/>\n1\/2 red onion, finely diced<br \/>\n3 green chillies, chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 a pomegranate seeds<br \/>\n20g of coriander, finely chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of black pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. In a bowl mix together, the couscous, stock cube, paprika, cumin, garlic granules, salt, pepper and dried dill. Cover couscous with enough boiling water that it is all submerged. Cover with a plate and leave for half an hour or so.<br \/>\n2. Once the couscous has softened and all water has been soaked in. Fluff with a fork.<br \/>\n3. Mix in the tomato puree and mint jelly, pomegranate seeds, diced pepper and red onions, coriander and chillies.<br \/>\n4.
