Mash the bananas till theyre lump free (i left mine lumpy because i am impatient)<br \/>\n2. Gradually mix in the flour and mix together till it forms a thick &#8220;oatmeal&#8221; like batter but not doughy. (This made the doughnuts gooey inside which i loved, but Add more flour it becomes doughlike if you wanted a more traditional doughnut feel)<br \/>\n3. Heat oil and scoop about a tablespoon (i used an ice cream scoop) and pop into the oil. Once its golden on one side, turn it carefully.<br \/>\n4. Once the doughnuts are an even golden brown colour, take out of oil, drain excess oil and pop into the cinnamon sugar.<br \/>\n5.
