Mix the bread crumbs, chilli flakes, salt and paprika together and set aside<br \/>\n2. Place plain flour and the whisked eggs in 2 separate bowls<br \/>\n3. Take a piece of sliced avocado and dip it in the plain flour<br \/>\n4. Then dip it in whisked eggs<br \/>\n5. Then dip the avocado slice in the spicy bread crumb mix before placing on a tray lined with baking paper<br \/>\n6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each avocado slice<br \/>\n7. Bake at 210C for 15-20 minutes, ensuring you flip them halfway<br \/>\n8.
