Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well till everything well combined.<br \/>\n2. Add beef in a bowl and mix well, cover the bowl and keep in refrigerator around 6 to 8 hours or ideally<br \/>\nover night.<\/p>\n<h2>To Cook<\/h2>\n<p>1. Oil 1\/8 cup<br \/>\n2. Butter around 2 tbl.sp<br \/>\n3. Qusuri Methi \/ Dry Fenugreek Leves 1 tsp<br \/>\n4. Charcoal piece to give smoke<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add oil in pan along with butter. Once butter melted add marinated beef in pan and cook on medium flame until<br \/>\nbeef release its water.<br \/>\n2. Sprinkle qusuri methi in beef, mix and cover the pan with lid. Let the beef cook on slow flame until beef tender.<br \/>\n3. Rost till oil separate. Give charcoal smoke in Beef Masala Boti and garnish with green chilies, julienne ginger<br \/>\nand chopped coriander.<br \/>\n4.
