{"id":24260,"date":"2023-07-13T16:13:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-13T08:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24260"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:27:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:27:49","slug":"peri-loaded-chips-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/peri-loaded-chips-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Peri Loaded Chips"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 boneless chicken thighs<br \/>\n1\/4 cup of Nandos Hot Sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of Hot Maggi Liquid Seasoning<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of onion granules<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of garlic granules<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp of black pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of dried thyme<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of everyday seasoning<br \/>\n1 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp of oregano<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of chipotle chilli flakes (optional)<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp marmite<br \/>\na pinch of salt<br \/>\noil<\/p>\n<h2>To Serve-<\/h2>\n<p>Grated Cheese<br \/>\nChilli Jam<br \/>\nPeri Mayo<br \/>\nChips<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Clean and drain your chicken, set aside.<br \/>\n2. In a bowl mix together the nandos hot sauce with all the seasoning listed above, minus the oil.<br \/>\n3. Separate the mix into 3 portions.<br \/>\n4. Use one portion to marinade the chicken in. Leave for atleast an hour.<br \/>\n5. One portion to be used for the sauces, see separate recipes.<br \/>\n6. Set the third portion aside.<br \/>\n7. Heat up 1-2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken thighs and cook till both sides have cooked and charred.<br \/>\n8. As soon as the chicken is cooked, add the remaining marinade over the chicken and cook on high for about 2-3 minutes or till sauce is bubbling. Take off heat.<br \/>\n9. Place chicken on a board and cut into strips or cubes.<br \/>\n10. To Layer- place some chips, then the chicken, then a drizzle of peri mayo and chilli jam. Repeat again and then place the remaining cheese on top.<br \/>\n11. Place under a grill till cheese has all melted.<br \/>\n12.
