To the olive oil add the chilli oil<br \/>\n2. Once the oils are hot, add the garlic ginger paste and black peppercorns and saute\u0301<br \/>\n3. Add the eggplant and coat with the oil<br \/>\n4. Add soy sauce and sweet soy sauce and season with salt<br \/>\n5. Mix well and simmer on low for about 15 minutes, or until the eggplant is tender<br \/>\n6. Garnish with red chilli and kaffir lime leaves<br \/>\n7.
