Over med-high heat, add 1 tbsp of oil into the pan and stir fry garlic, shallot, fish balls, chicken and shrimp for a min until charred remove and set a side<br \/>\n2. In the same pan, med-high flame, heat the remaining oil, in the egg mixture, mix for 3-4 seconds then add rice, proteins, chilies, seasoning sauce and toss well until combine, smokey and well toasted.<br \/>\n3. Add butter and give it another good toss. Off the heat and add chopped greens onion.
