Beat until fluffy.<br \/>\nAdd the flour and baking powder. Beat until combined.<br \/>\nAdd the milk, essence, and cardamon.<br \/>\nBeat lastly until mixed through.<br \/>\nPlace in a sprayed mini muffin pan ( 8 loaf pan).<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven at 180c for about 20 minutes.<br \/>\nAllow to cool completely before icing.<\/p>\n<h2>For The Icing<\/h2>\n<p>130g soft butter<br \/>\n400g icing sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 cup whipping cream ( unwhipped)<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon ground cardamon<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon rose essence @cosmic_south_africa<br \/>\nRose pink gel food color @cosmic_south_africa<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Beat the butter and sugar until light.<br \/>\nAdd the whipping cream to the butter and icing sugar mixture,and beat until pale.<br \/>\n( Add more cream if desired for a looser icing)<br \/>\nAdd the essence, cardamon, and gel food color.<br \/>\nMix well.<br \/>\nPipe onto the mini loaves.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 100g soft butter 150g icing sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon baking powder 165g plain flour 1\/2 cup milk 1\/4 teaspoon rose essence @cosmic_south_africa 1\/4 teaspoon ground cardamon Note : Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
