{"id":24180,"date":"2023-07-09T08:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-09T00:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24180"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:28:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:28:03","slug":"grilled-chicken-linguine-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/grilled-chicken-linguine-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Grilled Chicken Linguine"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Step 1: The chicken marinade<\/strong><br \/>\n1 large chicken breast cut in 3 pieces<br \/>\n1 tbsp Olive oil<br \/>\n1 tsp Cajun seasoning<br \/>\n1 tsp Mixed herbs<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Garlic powder<br \/>\n1 tsp Black pepper<br \/>\n1.5 tsp Paprika<br \/>\n<strong>Step 2: The sauce<\/strong><br \/>\nGenerous amount of butter<br \/>\n3 Garlic minced\/diced<br \/>\n1 Small onion diced<br \/>\n5 mushroom cut in small pieces<br \/>\n1\/2 Green pepper<br \/>\n1 tbsp Cajun chicken powder<br \/>\n1 tsp Black pepper<br \/>\n1 tbsp Paprika<br \/>\n1 Cup of chicken broth<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup of cream<br \/>\n2 handful of spinach<br \/>\nRed chilli ( Optional )<br \/>\nSpring onion for garnishing ( Optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Boiled linguines according to packet instructions<br \/>\nWash and pat dry the chicken<br \/>\nUse all ingredients in step 1 to marinate the chicken.<br \/>\nGrill the chicken in the air fryer for 15 minutes on 205c just over 7 minutes on each side and leave aside<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> cooking time will vary depending on the size of the chicken<br \/>\nHeat the pan on a medium heat<br \/>\nAdd butter garlic and onion once saute\u0301d add the remaining ingredients from step 2 in the same order. Watch the reel to see how it\u2019s done<br \/>\nOnce the sauce is cooked down add the boiled linguine to the pan and mix well.<br \/>\nAdd the chicken in the pan with the linguine and mix until smothered in creamy sauce<br \/>\nAdd the chilli and garnish with spring onion<br \/>\nVoila!
