Lightly peel off the skin of the Gourd. Cut in half and make a slit in the middle.<br \/>\n2. Boil in hot water with tea spoon of salt until a little softened. Drain the gourd.<br \/>\n3. Mix the chickpea flour in bowl and add all spices. Add oil and mix well. Then add the jaggery with a bit of water mixing once again until it\u2019s a sticky soft consistency<br \/>\n4. Start filling the gourd with this chickpea mix in the slit. Steam these gourd bites until half cooked for 10 minutes on slow heat.<br \/>\n5. Now take these gourd bites out of steamer and allow them to cool down<br \/>\n6. Meanwhile take a pan add 3 table spoons of cooking and adding mustard seeds. Once pop start adding the gourd bites one by one on low heat.<br \/>\n7. Stir and add blended tomatoes pulp and giving it a good gentle mix.<br \/>\n8.
