{"id":24095,"date":"2023-07-06T14:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-06T06:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24095"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:28:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:28:18","slug":"honey-and-peri-peri-chicken-tray-bake-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/honey-and-peri-peri-chicken-tray-bake-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Honey And Peri Peri Chicken Tray Bake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>6 chicken thigh pieces<br \/>\n1 large red onion, quartered<br \/>\n1 courgette, sliced<br \/>\n4 carrots, sliced<br \/>\n2 bell peppers, quartered<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1 tsp of salt<br \/>\n1.5 tsp of ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder<br \/>\n1.5 tsp of garlic powder<br \/>\n1 tsp of dried parsley<br \/>\n2 tbsp of oil<br \/>\n1 pack of Nandos Peri Medium Seasoning<br \/>\n1 tbsp of Cinnamon Honey (@honeyhub7 Hub)<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Preheat your oven, gas mark 5\/200c.<br \/>\n2. In a bowl, mix together the oil, dried parsley, garlic powder, peri peri seasoning, kashmiri chilli powder, ground cumin and salt. Mix together. Separate into 2 bowls (2\/3 in one and 1\/3 in the other)<br \/>\n3. With 2\/3, marinate the chicken and the remaining, marinate the veg. Leave to marinate for at least half an hour.<br \/>\n4. Place the veg in a baking tray and then place the chicken on top.<br \/>\n5. Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Once the chicken is baked, brush on the cinnamon honey on each piece.<br \/>\n7. Place back in the oven for a few minutes or till chicken is golden.<br \/>\n8.
