{"id":24087,"date":"2023-07-06T13:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-06T05:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24087"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:28:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:28:18","slug":"haldi-chicken-skewers-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/haldi-chicken-skewers-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Haldi Chicken Skewers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g of chicken thigh, cubed<br \/>\n2 heaped tbsp of yoghurt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of tumeric<br \/>\n1 tsp of ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp of ground coriander<br \/>\n1 tsp of onion granules<br \/>\n1 tsp of garlic granules<br \/>\n1.5 tsps of paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of ground ginger<br \/>\n20g of chopped parsley<br \/>\n20g of chopped coriander<br \/>\n1 tbsp of olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp of ground black pepper<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nOlive oil<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Wash and drain the chicken.<br \/>\n2. To the bowl add all the remaining ingredients and throughly mix.<br \/>\n3. Cover and leave to chill in the fridge for an hour minimum.<br \/>\n4. Preheat oven to gas mark 5\/190c.<br \/>\n5. If using wooden skewers, soak the stick for 10 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Thread chicken through the sticks and place on a lined baking tray.<br \/>\n7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, basting the chicken in the juices half way through cooking.<br \/>\n8.
