Add the sliced meat to some hot oil and brown it<br \/>\n2. Once the meat has started turning brown, add the mushrooms, Gochujang paste, chilli powder, salt and pasta water<br \/>\n3. Simmer on low for about 5 minutes until it comes to a boil and the mushrooms are soft<br \/>\n4. Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheese<br \/>\n5. Mix well so the cheese melts<br \/>\n6. Garnish with freshly chopped spring onions<br \/>\n7.
