Add the coffee, sugar and water to a stand mixing bowl and beat for a couple of minutes until slightly foamy<br \/>\n2. Add the cream and whip it until stiff<br \/>\n3. Add the icing sugar and fold this in<br \/>\n4. Add the mixture into small glasses<br \/>\n5. Garnish with grated chocolate<br \/>\n6.
