This is for two loaves.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees<br \/>\n2. Combine all of the dry ingredients<br \/>\n3. Whisk eggs with oil<br \/>\n4. Gently fold in mango and dates<br \/>\n5. Pour into two 8 x 4 greased loaf pans<br \/>\n6. Bake for 45-55 minutes , if topping with Cinnamon Crust, then sprinkle mixture on top the last 10 minutes of baking. Bake until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
