{"id":24051,"date":"2023-07-05T19:25:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T11:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24051"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:28:27","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:28:27","slug":"pan-seared-chicken-breast-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/pan-seared-chicken-breast-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Pan Seared Chicken Breast"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 Large chicken breast scored and cross hatch<\/p>\n<h2>Marinate The Chicken<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp Olive oil<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1tsp Black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp Dried parsley<br \/>\n1 tsp Sazon tropical seasoning<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp all purpose seasoning @jamaicavalleyuk<br \/>\n2 tsp Chicken seasoning @jamaicavalleyuk<br \/>\n1 tbsp Green seasoning @baronfoods<br \/>\n1 tbsp Creole cooking sauce @baronfoods<br \/>\nOil to fry<br \/>\nButter<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>2 large clove of garlic minced\/ diced<br \/>\nHandful of spring onion ( bottom end)<br \/>\n1\/2 green pepper cut in cubes<br \/>\n1 Red chilli cut in small pieces ( optional)<br \/>\n2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning,<br \/>\n2 tbsp Chicken seasoning<br \/>\n1 tbsp Dried parsley<br \/>\n1 cup of Chicken broth<br \/>\n1 tbsp corn flour<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Massage the chicken with all the marinade in step 1.<br \/>\nHeat oil in a pan on a medium heat<br \/>\nSear chicken for 8 minutes on each side<br \/>\nAdd butter<br \/>\nRemove the chicken from the pan<br \/>\nIn the same pan add garlic, spring onion pepper chilli and saute\u0301<br \/>\nAdd rest of the ingredients in step 2 preferably in the same order.<br \/>\nOnce the sauce thickens baste the chicken in the sauce 5\/6 minutes before turning off the heat<br \/>\nVoila!
