Pan fry the chicken with some olive oil and season with salt until done, about 15-20 minutes<br \/>\n2. Take the chicken out and set on the side<br \/>\n3. Get some more olive oil, shallots, garlic ,cook for about one minute with a medium heat<br \/>\n4. Deglaze with the white wine, scrape up all the good stuff at the bottom of the pan<br \/>\n5. Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper<br \/>\n6.
