{"id":24018,"date":"2023-07-04T07:20:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-03T23:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24018"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:28:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:28:33","slug":"lemon-posset-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lemon-posset-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Lemon Posset"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups heavy, double or cooking cream<br \/>\n1\/2 cup sugar<br \/>\n5 tbsp fresh lemon juice (from 1 medium lemon)<br \/>\n2 tsp grated lemon zest (from 1 medium lemon)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Scrub 2 medium lemons clean &amp; pat dry.<br \/>\nCut lemons in half lengthwise, scoop out the flesh, smash it through a sieve to get as much juice as possible &amp; keep the lemons to use as moulds.<br \/>\nCombine cream &amp; sugar in a small pot, place over medium high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.<br \/>\nReduce heat to medium, boil for 3 mins, stirring constantly, adjusting heat as needed to prevent mixture from boiling over.<br \/>\nRemove from heat, stir in lemon juice &amp; zest, set aside to cool for 10 mins.<br \/>\nStir mixture again, pour mixture through a sieve to remove the zest &amp; pour into the lemon moulds (you may need to pour some leftover into a ramekin or glass)<br \/>\nArrange filled lemons on a plate, cover with cling wrap &amp; chill until set, at least 2 hrs or overnight.<br \/>\nAllow to set completely before garnishing with fresh berries &amp; mint (optional)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 2 cups heavy, double or cooking cream 1\/2 cup sugar 5 tbsp fresh lemon juice (from 1 medium lemon) 2 tsp grated lemon zest (from 1 medium lemon) Steps Scrub 2 medium lemons clean &amp; pat dry.
