Saute the mashed spices, all leaves, galangal, and lemongrass in hot oil on a pan until fragrant. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Pour the coconut milk and add the tamarind. Bring to boil until the oil separated. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Put the fish in. Flip it so well-cooked both sides.
