{"id":23717,"date":"2023-06-30T09:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-30T01:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=23717"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:28:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:28:35","slug":"kousa-bi-laban-hungergameswithazzy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/kousa-bi-laban-hungergameswithazzy","title":{"rendered":"Kousa Bi Laban"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>25 small to medium lebanese zuchinnis cored<br \/>\n250 grams lamb mince cooked half way<br \/>\n2 cups of medium grain rice soaked for a minimum of 2 hours and drained<br \/>\n2 litres goats yoghurt<br \/>\n1 tbs cornflour (if you like yoghurt on the watery side you don&#8217;t add the cornflour)<br \/>\n5 garlic cloves crushed<br \/>\n1 tbs dried mint<br \/>\nghee<br \/>\npinenuts<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\n7 spice<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>combined cooked mince and rice together with 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp 7 spice<br \/>\nstuff cored zuchinnis with the mince and rice mixture 3\u20444 full.<br \/>\nin a large pot add goats yoghurt with 2 litres of water and the cornflour and salt to taste mix and let it come to a boil once boiling add zuchinnis slowly and turn stove onto medium heat.<br \/>\nOnce zuchinnis are almost cooked through in a sauce pan add 2 tbs ghee and fry off garlic and dried mint for 2 minutes and add to the pot.
