Blend spices for paste until smooth in a food processor<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in a deep pan, over medium high heat, saute\u0301 paste until fragrant, then add aromatic spices, saute for 3-4 mins more until paste darken in color<br \/>\n3. Add chicken pieces and pan fry for a min or les.<br \/>\n4. Add water, sweet soy sauce, palm sugar, salt, stock powder, let it bubbles.<br \/>\n5. Then turn the heat to the lowest setting, cover the pan and cook chicken until tender for 25-35 mins<br \/>\n6. Open the lid, cook the chicken for another 5-10 mins or until the liquid gets slightly thicken, stirring occasionally.<br \/>\n7.
