In a non stick pan, heat up the oil. Then add the garlic, onion and chilli flakes. Cook until the onion has softened.<br \/>\n2. Add in the bacon and cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\n3. Stir the instant coffee into the hot water along with the sugar. Add to the bacon and onion.<br \/>\n4. Now add the vinegar, mr naga pickle and maple syrup. Mix and bring to a boil. Once it is bubbling, turn the heat down and leave to cook gently on a low to medium heat until all the liquid has reduced. Be sure to stir it every so often. It should become sticky, jammy consistency. Take off heat and leave to cool.
