Mix the self raising flour, lemon juice, lemon zest, raw sugar, canola oil and eggs<br \/>\n2. Bake at 180C for 50 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean<br \/>\n3. Mix the icing sugar and lemon juice and drizzle over a cooled down cake<br \/>\n4.
