{"id":23681,"date":"2023-06-28T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-28T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=23681"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:28:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:28:38","slug":"kousa-banadora-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/kousa-banadora-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Kousa Banadora"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 kilos of kousa ( around 30 piece )<br \/>\n2 cups of medium rice washed &amp; dried<br \/>\n300g of minced meat<br \/>\n1\/2 tablespoon of 7 spice<br \/>\nHandful of pine nuts<br \/>\n4-5 tablespoon of ghee<br \/>\n7 crushed garlic- 4 for sauce &amp; 3 for stuffing<br \/>\n1 jar of tomato paste ( 500g )<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of dried mint ( optional )<br \/>\n1 onion diced very finely<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Core and wash the kousa. Leave to dry while preparing the stuffing.<br \/>\nHalf Cook the minced meat till lightly browned whilst breaking the meat till very finely .<br \/>\nIn a separate small pan, melt the ghee and cook the pine nuts till golden brown.<br \/>\nIn a bowl add the rice, cooked meat, pine nuts with its melted ghee, 7 spice, 3 crushed garlic &amp; salt. Mix till Combined well.<br \/>\nStart stuffing the zucchini with the rice mixture. Be careful to not Over stuff the kousa all the way, make sure to leave about 1 1\/2 cm space for the rice to expand.<br \/>\nOnce done, in a big pot, fry off the onion &amp; garlic till translucent. Add the whole jar of tomato paste ( add less if you like the soup to be thinner ) and pour in around 2 litres or more of boiling water. I used a whole kettle and half. Keep mixing till the tomato paste has dissolved and is boiling.<br \/>\nSeason with salt then Add in the kousa slowly into the tomato soup and leave them to boil on medium heat for about 45 min- 1 hour.
