{"id":23663,"date":"2023-06-27T14:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-27T06:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=23663"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:28:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:28:44","slug":"biscoff-cookie-pie-livingwellwithsez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/biscoff-cookie-pie-livingwellwithsez","title":{"rendered":"Biscoff Cookie Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>200g unsalted butter<br \/>\n250g brown sugar<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n320g plain flour<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda<br \/>\n200g chocolate chips some for the top (I\u2019ve used crushed eater eggs here &#8211; you can use whatever choccy you enjoy!)<br \/>\nAround half a jar of Biscoff (or whatever you want to use)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>preheat oven to 160<br \/>\ngrease a smallish round baking tin<br \/>\ncombine sugar\/butter with hand mixer until well blended<br \/>\nadd egg\/vanilla extract and combine well<br \/>\nadd flour\/bicarbonate soda and mix until dough is formed (I use a spatula for this step)<br \/>\nmix whatever chocolate you\u2019re using through<br \/>\nmake the cookie pie base with around 2\/3 of the dough (as per video) with a slight upper lip on the sides<br \/>\nfill with whatever you\u2019re using, and spread out across the base<br \/>\nmake a \u201clid\u201d with the rest of the dough and cover the filling, pressing the dough down gently to close it all up, if that makes sense<br \/>\ntop with more chocolate<br \/>\nbake for around 30 mins or until golden and looks cooked through<\/p>\n<h2>Tips<\/h2>\n<p>wait until it\u2019s completely cool before attempting to remove from tin<br \/>\nyou can add whatever spread you\u2019d like inside instead of Biscoff<br \/>\nthere is never such thing as too much chocolate or too much Biscoff<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 200g unsalted butter 250g brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 320g plain flour 1\/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 200g chocolate chips some for the top (I\u2019ve used crushed eater eggs here &#8211; you can use whatever choccy you enjoy!)
