Marinate chicken breast for 15 mins with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika powder<br \/>\n2. Lightly coat it with flour, dip in the egg mixture and cover with panko breadcrumbs<br \/>\n3. Spray with olive oil and airfry at 180C for 10 mins<br \/>\n4. Flip and spray with more olive oil then airfry for another 10 mins<br \/>\n5. If u don&#8217;t hv an air fryer u can def pan\/deep fry the chicken!<\/p>\n<h2>Steps Curry<\/h2>\n<p>1. On a pan add in oil and saut\u00e9 the onions, carrots and potatoes for about 5 mins till fragrant<br \/>\n2. Add water and let it boil till the carrots and potatoes are tender<br \/>\n3. Add the curry cubes and stir till well combined<br \/>\n4. Bring it to a boil until the sauce thickens up<br \/>\n5. On a plate add ur rice, pour some curry on the side and topped w\/ the chicken katsu!
