Peel and chop up the potatoes as equally as possible in chips shape. Add cornflour, chilli, cumin, salt and turmeric. Mix well until each chip is coated well<br \/>\n2. Heat up the oil on high heat. Once super hot reduce the heat to medium-low and place the chips to fry for 3-4minutes until crispy brown. Transfer to a paper towel to drain any excess oil<br \/>\n3. For the sauce saute\u0301ed the onions, garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in the chilli sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, pepper and the remaining cornstarch slurry from the chips batter. Add a little water to it to loosen it up.<br \/>\n4. Mix well together, then add the Truffle Honey, be generous &#8211; i defs feel the truffle isn\u2019t strong but there is a beautiful truffle undertone in this dish<br \/>\n5. Add in the pepper and chips mixing well!
