In a pan add oil and mustard seeds, let it pop then add chopped onions to saute\u0301<br \/>\n2. Once saute\u0301ed and small diced potatoes and carrots and frozen peas, stir very well then add all the spices mixing well. Cover with the lid, stirring really well then cover the lid.<br \/>\n3. Add water stir well again and cook until the vegetable is soft. Cooking can take around an hour in slow heat<br \/>\n4. Heat the blended tomato seasoning with salt, pepper and mixed herbs<br \/>\n5. Now fill up the cannelloni tubes with this massalo filling placing in cooking tray.<br \/>\n6. Once the tray is all full add the hot tomatoes sauce all over the whole tray making sure all the gaps are covered<br \/>\n7. Then sprinkle with grated cheese covering whole tray.<br \/>\n8.
