{"id":2358,"date":"2022-03-06T09:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-06T01:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=2358"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:03:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:03:38","slug":"zaru-soba-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/zaru-soba-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Zaru Soba"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>200 g dried soba noodles<br \/>\n2 tbsp\u00a0grated daikon<br \/>\nscallions (chopped)<br \/>\nwasabi paste<br \/>\nnori (shredded)<br \/>\nwhite sesame seeds (toasted, optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Mentsuyu Dipping Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>2 15 cm kombu sheets (dried kelp)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup\u00a0soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 cup\u00a0rice vinegar<br \/>\n1 tbsp sugar<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Add kombu to 2 cups of water &amp; set aside for 30 mins.<br \/>\nAdd soy sauce, rice vinegar &amp; sugar into a small saucepan, bring to a boil &amp; set aside.<br \/>\nRemove kombu, combine with soy sauce mixture in a container with a lid, let cool to room temperature &amp; refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.<br \/>\nWhen ready to eat, bring a medium pot of water to a boil, cook noodles according to instructions on the packaging (usually abt 5 mins), drain &amp; rinse under cold running water.<br \/>\nDrain &amp; divide noodles among 2 plates or zaru (if using) &amp; top with shredded nori.<br \/>\nPour 3\/4 cup of mentsuyu into a bowl for dipping the noodles &amp; serve with grated daikon (I didn&#8217;t have any), scallions, wasabi &amp; sesame seeds (add them into the mentsuyu just before eating.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 200 g dried soba noodles 2 tbsp\u00a0grated daikon scallions (chopped) wasabi paste nori (shredded) white sesame seeds (toasted, optional) Mentsuyu Dipping Sauce 2 15 cm kombu sheets (dried kelp) 1\/2 cup\u00a0soy sauce 1\/2 cup\u00a0rice vinegar 1 tbsp sugar Steps Add kombu to 2 cups of water &amp; set aside for 30 mins.
