{"id":23576,"date":"2023-06-21T08:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-21T00:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=23576"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:29:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:29:00","slug":"sazon-spicy-chops-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sazon-spicy-chops-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Sazon Spicy Chops"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>10 Small pieces of lamb chops<\/p>\n<h2>Marination Sauce Step 1<\/h2>\n<p>2.5 Olive oil<br \/>\n2 tsp\/- Sazon tropical stew blend @badiaspices<br \/>\n2 tsp- Sazon tropical meat blend @badiaspices<br \/>\n1.5 tbsp- Paprika powder<br \/>\n1 tsp- Black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp- All purpose seasoning @jamaicavalleyuk<br \/>\n1.5 tbsp-Browning sauce @baronfoods<\/p>\n<h2>For The Gravy Step 2<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp- Butter<br \/>\n4- Garlic clove whole<br \/>\nThyme add as desired<br \/>\n1 scotch bonnet ( optional)<br \/>\n1\/2 Red pepper cut in small cubes<br \/>\n1\/2 green pepper cut in small cubes<br \/>\nAsparagus ( tenderstem broccoli works well too)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Wash and pat dry chops<br \/>\nMarinade the chops with ingredients in step 1<br \/>\nLeave it to marinade for minimum 30 minutes<br \/>\nIn a pan add butter, garlic and thyme.<br \/>\nOnce the pan is heated add the chops and fry for 6 minutes on each side.<br \/>\nTake the chops out and in the same pan add all the remaining ingredients in step 2 ( watch the reel for visuals ) cook for 5 minutes.<br \/>\nTurn off the heat and plate up the chops with your preferred side. I used creamy mash.<br \/>\nPour the gravy sauce on top<br \/>\nVoila !
