Lightly grease (I just use baking paper) 20cm x 30cm slice pan.<br \/>\nCombine sifted flour, coconut and sugar in bowl, add melted butter, stir until combined.<br \/>\nPress mixture over base of prepared pan.<br \/>\nBake in oven for 15 minutes.<br \/>\nWhile the base is cooking, make the filling:<br \/>\nCombine condensed milk, butter and golden syrup in a small non stick pot. Stir over Low heat, without boiling, about 15 minutes or until mixture is golden brown.<br \/>\nPour hot filling over hot base, and then return to oven for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nLeave to cool down slightly (about half an hour).<br \/>\nMelt chocolate and spread over filling. Stand at room temperature until set. Refrigerate and take out about an hour before serving<br \/>\n<strong>Notes:<\/strong> keeps refrigerated for about 3-4 days in an airtight container.
