Cut the Egg Tofu into pieces.<br \/>\n2. Dredge each side of the Egg Tofu in the corn starch.<br \/>\n3. Fried the Egg Tofu over medium-low heat till a bit brownish and put aside.<br \/>\n4. Heat the pan or wok over high heat, pour in some oil and swirl to coat. Add chopped chili and chopped spring onions.<br \/>\n5. Fry for 20-30 seconds and add the Egg Tofu back. Add salt, garlic powder and five spices.
