{"id":23499,"date":"2023-06-18T11:23:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-18T03:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=23499"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:29:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:29:09","slug":"garlic-butter-prawns-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/garlic-butter-prawns-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Garlic Butter Prawns"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kilo prawns<br \/>\n4 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n5 cloves garlic minced<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon chilli flakes<br \/>\n4 tablespoons butter<br \/>\n1\u20443 cup chicken stock<br \/>\n2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice , or 1\u20442 lemon<br \/>\n1 tablespoon minced parsley<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>In a bowl add prawns, add half of the garlic, salt, chilli flakes and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes.<br \/>\nIn a large skillet, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, add the prawns mixture to the skillet, spacing evenly in the pan.<br \/>\nCook for 1 to 1 1\u20442 minutes then flip over the other side than cook for 1 more minute. Make sure you don&#8217;t burn the garlic.<br \/>\nOnce done remove and set aside. In the same skillet melt 3 tablespoons of the butter in the skillet over medium heat and add the remaining garlic.<br \/>\nCook for 30 seconds or until fragrant then stir in the chicken stock lemon juice. Cook for few minutes or until the sauce reduces by half, stirring occasionally.<br \/>\nAdd the prawns with any juices back to the pan and stir in the last tablespoon of butter and adjust the salt to taste.<br \/>\nSprinkle with parsley, stir, and cook for 1 more minute. Serve warm with garlic bread.
