{"id":23453,"date":"2023-06-17T07:20:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-16T23:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=23453"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:29:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:29:14","slug":"french-onion-pasta-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/french-onion-pasta-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"French Onion Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>400 g pasta of choice (boiled in salted water until al dente, timing as shown on packaging)<br \/>\n2 tbsp butter<br \/>\n4 cups yellow onions (thinly sliced)<br \/>\n1\/4 cup grape vinegar<br \/>\n1 tsp fresh or 1\/2 tsp dried thyme<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (plus more for garnish)<br \/>\n4 cups beef stock<br \/>\n1 tsp Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 cup freshly grated parmesan (plus more for garnish)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup heavy cream<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat up a pot over medium heat &amp; melt the butter.<br \/>\nAdd onions &amp; cook for 5 mins until they start to soften.
