{"id":23391,"date":"2023-06-07T15:27:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-07T07:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=23391"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:29:19","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:29:19","slug":"naga-biran-wings-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/naga-biran-wings-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Naga Biran Wings"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>20 chicken wings<br \/>\n1 tbsp of cornflour<br \/>\n1 tsp of baking powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp of paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of salt<br \/>\na pinch of pepper<\/p>\n<h2>For The Coating<\/h2>\n<p>80g of shallots, finely chopped<br \/>\n4 cherry tomatoes, halved and deseeded<br \/>\n2 green chillies<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp of turmeric<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp of madras curry powder<br \/>\n2 tbsp of Mr Naga pickle<br \/>\npinch of salt<br \/>\noil<br \/>\ncoriander to garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Wash and pat the wings dry.<br \/>\n2. Coat in the cornflour, paprika, salt, pepper and baking powder.<br \/>\n3. Place on an oiled rack and bake in the oven at 200c for 30-40 minutes, or till crispy. Set aside.<br \/>\n4. In a pan, heat up 2 tbsp of oil. Add your sliced shallots and begin to caramelise.<br \/>\n5. Once translucent, add salt and mix.<br \/>\n6. Add in the chillies, and tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\n7. Add the turmeric, chilli powder and curry powder. Mix and cook for a further few minutes.<br \/>\n8. Stir in the Mr Naga and cook out for another few minutes.<br \/>\n9. Add in the wings and gently coat in the onion mix. Cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\n10.
