Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave to 2 minutes, mixing every 30 seconds until completely melted<br \/>\n2. Add the instant coffee and mix well. Allow to cool.<br \/>\n3. In a separate bowl add the Two Chicks Egg Whites mixing with an electric hand whisk whilst gradually adding the white sugar. Whisk for 5 minutes until the mixture has become completely fluffy at soft peaks<br \/>\n4. Add the egg white mixture to the chocolate mixture ensuring to take care with folding both mixtures together using a spatula or a spoon. Sift in the plain flour and again fold the mixture until we\u2019ll incorporated<br \/>\n5. Generously spread butter in your ramekins pouring in the mixture 3\/4 filled<br \/>\n6. Airfry at 200C for 7 minutes. Let It cool for 2 minutes and fold over to a plate giving it a couple taps and soft with icing sugar<br \/>\n7.
